The hotel's location in the surrounding mountains is absolutely stunning. You'll be surrounded by breathtaking views and tranquility, perfect for nature lovers. The location was near popular attractions and easy to find. Plus, they offered a shuttle service that was very convenient. The hot tubs were also nice to soak in after a long day of exploring. it was a decent place to stay during the holidays.
We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and common areas. The staff was also not very friendly or accommodating, which made us feel unwelcome.

The room lacked soundproofing, causing it to be noisy at night. the nearby main road also caused disturbances.

We loved the hotel facilities, including the warm water spring pool area, hot tubs, and cold tubs in the Spa. The bigger room space and bed made our stay very comfortable. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel's location is perfect since it is near Hehuan mountain, and it is near a transportation hub. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness is impressive.
